You bought a license! Congrats! Now what?

Inside every Inside Out product, you’ll find a PDF at the top of your file list that says “1 How to Use This” (hint – it looks like that picture to your right). This file is your cue to read all about the licensing policies and terms of use for your purchase – what you can and can’t do. Here’s the short list in case you don’t have time to read the whole thing:

1. You can’t share your purchase with anyone (unless you purchase the correct number of licenses).

2. You can’t post any portion of any product to the internet for public consumption.

3. You may not use any portion of any product in a for-profit online classroom like Outschool.

What did I buy?

You bought a digital download! Links are delivered immediately to your inbox upon purchase. No paper products will be delivered to you. If you purchased a vinyl model, it will be shipped via the preferred shipping method you selected at check out. The digital portion of that purchase will be sent via email immediately upon purchase – all vinyl models are packaged at the time of purchase and take 2-4 days for processing prior to shipping.

Need to send in a PO? No problem! Inside Out’s got you!

That’s right, Inside Out takes purchase orders! Just send an email with the following information to insideoutsci@gmail.com. It’s that easy!

- Name of your school
- Address of school/district
- Name and email information of purchasing employee
- Product(s) requested
- Email address of person in charge of accounts payable
- Email address of teacher(s) who will be receiving the resource(s)
- # of teachers who will need a license

Once you send everything over, Inside Out will send you an invoice and will enroll the teacher(s) in their product(s). Payment is due within 15 days of invoice.

REFUND POLICY

If you purchase a digital download, there is no way for IOS to determine if you downloaded the product already or not. Because of this, all sales on resources are final and nonrefundable. Please read all descriptions carefully and email insideoutsci@gmail.com with ANY questions before making your purchase.
